Accessly is the operating system for facilities management in Australia and New Zealand. It brings a portfolio's compliance, maintenance, contractors, inspections, assets and spend into one place. This connector lets you ask Claude about it, and act on it, in plain English.
Ask which compliance items are overdue and who the contractor is on each, what's open at a building, which contractors' insurance expires next month, or what you spent on maintenance last quarter by property. Then act on the answer: draft a work order, send it to the contractor, chase overdue jobs, approve an invoice, award a quote or raise a hazard, without leaving the conversation. Claude can also draft owner reports, summarise a building's history or build your own trackers.
You sign in with your own Accessly login, and Claude sees and does exactly what you can in Accessly: the same buildings and the same permissions. Making changes is off until your account administrator turns it on, and you choose whether to allow it when you connect. Before anything that emails a contractor or tenant, approves money or can't easily be undone, Claude shows you exactly what Accessly will do and asks you to confirm. Every change is recorded in Accessly as yours, made through Claude.
You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations → AI tools.
