Agent Outbox lets any AI assistant that supports custom MCP connectors send messages to your Telegram: your private chat, your groups and your channels. Say "send this to Telegram" in a voice chat, have a scheduled routine post a morning briefing to your channel, or let a coding agent ping you when a long job finishes. Setup takes about a minute and needs no bot token and no server. Start the Agent Outbox bot (@agentoutbox_bot), add this connector, and enter the 6-digit code the bot sends after /connect. Messages go through our bot, never through your personal account. Destinations: your private chat ("me") exists from the start. Add the bot to a group, or make it a channel admin with the "Post messages" right, and that chat becomes a named destination. Rename destinations and pick a default with /destinations. Names are matched loosely ("the family group" finds "family"). An unknown name returns the list of valid names instead of falling back to the default. Formatting: Markdown (bold, italic, code, code blocks, links, headings, bullets) is converted to chat formatting. Long text is split at paragraph breaks into up to 10 messages. Safety: before each post to a group or channel, the server re-checks that you can still post there. Chat names are sanitized against prompt injection. The bot tells you whenever an assistant connects, and /disconnect revokes all assistants at once. Message text is relayed and not stored. /deleteme deletes your data.
