Aillo is an AI phone receptionist for small businesses in Québec and Canada: it answers every call in French or English, books appointments and takes messages. This connector lets a business owner manage it by chatting. Read: who called and what they wanted (with transcripts), messages and call-back requests, appointments, statistics, and how the assistant is set up. Change, always in two steps: the connector first shows a preview of exactly what will change — including the text each customer would receive — and nothing changes until the person confirms. Cancel appointments (customers can be texted automatically, with fixed wording written by Aillo), change opening hours, greeting, assistant name and voice, services and prices, or set up a new assistant from a conversation. The connection reaches only the business chosen when connecting. Plan, phone numbers, payment and team stay in the Aillo dashboard. What callers said is passed as information, never as instructions.
