Ailways builds AI assistants that answer a business's customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, websites and marketplaces. This app lets the business owner manage those assistants directly from ChatGPT. What you can do: - Find out why the assistant gave a wrong or incomplete answer (assistant instructions, knowledge base, product details, capabilities). - Add or correct knowledge base entries such as shipping times, return policy or store address. - Add product details and configure assistant capabilities such as ending conversations, WhatsApp redirect, owner escalation, calculations and saved social posts. - Ask the assistant a real test question to confirm a fix. How changes work: every change is first shown as a preview with the old and the new value. Nothing changes until you explicitly approve it, and every applied change can be undone. All changes appear in the Ailways panel's activity log under "ChatGPT". What it does not do: change prices or stock, take payments, connect channels, message customers, or delete comments or accounts. Privacy: the app only sees the connected Ailways account. Customer conversation content is never returned and phone numbers are masked to their last 3 digits. You can grant read-only access on the consent screen and disconnect at any time from Settings > Connected Apps. Requires an Ailways account. The assistant's tools and replies are in Turkish; prompts in English also work.
