AIm Workout Journal
AIm is a workout journal Claude writes to. Tell Claude what you did in your own words and it saves the session: exercises, sets, reps, weights, cardio and notes. Made a mistake? Say so and Claude corrects that one set. Ask about your training and the answers come from your journal. Volume, estimated one rep max, personal records and trends are computed on the server, so Claude reads your numbers instead of estimating them. When you ask Claude to plan a workout, build a program or review your week, AIm gives it your goal, experience, equipment, injuries and recent weights first. Plans start from where you are, not from a generic template, and a draft program is checked before you see it. The same journal opens as a phone web app: history, records, progress charts, muscle load, and a runner that takes you through today's workout set by set. You can bring your history from another tracker by giving Claude the export file, and download your data as Excel or JSON any time.
