aktiebok.io keeps the share register (aktiebok) of a Swedish limited company, as the Swedish Companies Act requires, and it is free. With this connector Claude works in your register on your behalf. What you can ask for: - Read: the cap table, the share register share number by share number, the full history of entries, holders, warrants and employee options, at today's date or any earlier one. - Enter: a new issue, a share transfer, a split, a cancellation, a warrant or option programme, an exercise, a pledge or other note. Claude prepares each entry as a draft, shows the register before and after, and gives you a link to review it. Nothing is written until you confirm. - Move in: bring an existing register over from another platform, a spreadsheet or a paper register, with its history, checked share by share against the source before anything is kept. - Simulate: a funding round or an exit, to see dilution and proceeds per holder. - Export: the register, cap table, history and voting list as files. You choose what the connection may do when you connect: Read only, Can draft, or Full access. Can draft is the default: Claude prepares entries and you confirm them in aktiebok.io. Other people's personal identity numbers are shown as a birth year unless you ask for them in full. The register is an event log: entries are never edited away, a mistake is reversed or corrected with the reason recorded, and every share number is accounted for at every date.
