AlphaPrime is desktop software that generates and tests futures trading strategies on your own computer. This connector brings it into Claude in two ways. Free backtests, no install needed Describe a rule-based strategy in plain words, for example "buy ES when RSI(14) crosses below 30, sell when it crosses above 70, 40-point stop", and Claude backtests it on our servers and shows the performance numbers and a monthly equity curve. Markets: ES and NQ, 60-minute and daily bars. You only need a free AlphaPrime member account. Work with AlphaPrime on your computer With the AlphaPrime desktop app for Windows, Claude can work with it from any conversation, including Claude on your phone: - Check progress of a generation run and what is waiting for you. - Review strategies: rank your library, open one strategy's full statistics with its equity and drawdown chart, or compare several to see how well they combine. - Validate a strategy (robustness checks, walk-forward) and read the summary. - Plan, start, pause or stop a generation on the markets you have data for. - Read, preview and apply generation settings. - Ask what any metric, parameter or step means. - Export a strategy to MultiCharts or NinjaTrader format. How it works: calculation, data and strategies stay on your computer; the connector only passes requests and answers between Claude and your AlphaPrime. It never receives your conversation and does not store your strategies or results. You stay in control: anything that starts, stops, deletes or overwrites something needs you to press Confirm on a confirmation link first. You can switch Phone control off at any time.
