Anny helps hotel commercial teams see what is changing in their market. Connect Claude to your Anny workspace to compare competitor rates, review estimated demand, track how rates move over time, and find local events that overlap upcoming stays, all in plain language. Read across your organizations, hotels, and Comp Sets, the competitor groups you shop against. Pull a rate matrix, or a summary giving current rates, estimated demand, freshness confidence, and movement for every competitor and arrival date. Look back over rate and demand history, recent rate reports, shop runs and their results, and current shopping schedules. For Event Intelligence, list the events affecting a hotel and open the observations and sources behind any one of them. You can also search the Anny Help Center for product guidance, or send a suggestion to the Anny team. With your approval, Claude can make changes: rename a hotel or update its code, edit the competitors and parity channels in a Comp Set, adjust default and weekday shopping schedules, configure Event Intelligence, flag an event for correction, and publish or suppress an event. Two actions are billable, starting an on-demand rate shop and refreshing Event Intelligence. Claude asks you to confirm before either one, and you can check the relevant Shop Pool first to see what is available to spend. Start with: "What changed in my market over the next seven days?"
