AquaSoft is a CRM for water delivery businesses. This connector lets Claude read your organization's AquaSoft data so you can ask questions in plain language instead of exporting reports. What you can do: - Find customers by name or phone and read their details, saved delivery locations, order history and payments (including manual debt charges). - Count and rank customers in one call: segments based on each customer's own ordering rhythm (new, active, at risk, lost), days since the last delivery, money and container debt. - List orders by delivery date, see gross delivered sales for a period and the current debtors list. How it works: - Sign in with your own AquaSoft account (OAuth) and approve access to one organization. Your existing CRM role and permissions apply; money figures require cashbox permission. - The connection is read-only: it cannot create or change records or send messages. - Gross sales are not cash receipts or net revenue; customer statistics refresh about a minute after changes.
