Ask the Clock (Ctrl Worx Watch List)

ClaudeCommunityby Ctrl Worx LLC

Ask the Clock reads the live Ctrl Worx Watch List: public companies whose own SEC filings report a material weakness in internal control over financial reporting, with no later annual report saying it is fixed, and how long each has been open (the Clock). Ask about a company by ticker, full name or SEC CIK number and get its Watch List status, years on the Clock and open-since date, the latest filing that reports the weakness with a link to SEC EDGAR, its ctrlworx.com page and the data's as-of date. If a name matches more than one company, it lists the candidates and asks which one you mean. It never guesses a status. Ask for the headline figures and get the live count of public companies on the Clock, how many have been open more than one and three years, and the full on-record count, each with its as-of date. The tools read data and never change it. No sign-in is needed. Every answer links to the company's own filing and to the corrections page. Ctrl Worx is independent and has no tie to the SEC or any government body.
