Avosist is an AI assistant that answers a business's customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, the website and the phone. Connect your Avosist account to ask about your business in plain words and to correct what your assistant says. Ask things like "How many people wrote today, and on which channel?", "How many orders and appointments did we get this week?" or "What did we answer people who asked for our address yesterday?". Avosist reads your own reports, conversations, orders, appointments, support requests and calls to answer. When a customer got a wrong or missing answer, tell Avosist what is right ("Our delivery time is 2-3 business days") and it updates your assistant's knowledge base, shows what changed and lets you test the new reply. Every change can be undone. You sign in with your own Avosist account and approve the connection on Avosist's screen; the app never sees your password. It can only reach your own account. It cannot message your customers, place calls, change orders or appointments, or touch payments and settings. Updating the knowledge base and test replies use Avosist credits; reading is free.
