AxioPlan is probabilistic project estimation for agencies, consultancies and delivery teams. Connect it to Claude to read and change your plans in plain English. Ask about a plan: - What's the P50, P85 and P95 effort and cost, broken down by role? - What's on the critical path, and which tasks have no one assigned? - If the team can hire as needed, when does the project actually finish, and who should we hire? Change a plan: - Draft a new project from a brief or a template, with epics, tasks, sizes and dependencies. - Add a phase, resize tasks, reassign work, change rates or team availability, or move a deadline. - Restructure in bulk - split an epic, push everything after a milestone, re-sequence dependencies. Estimates come from the same PERT model as the AxioPlan app: t-shirt sizes and risk levels become three-point estimates, combined into P50/P85/P95 totals. Scheduling simulations run AxioPlan's allocation engine against the current team and report the timeline, utilisation, suggested hires and deadline risk without changing anything. You control access. The consent screen grants reading, changing and deleting whole projects separately; deleting is off by default and requires Claude to repeat the project's exact name. Changes apply immediately and Claude reports exactly what it changed, including anything it couldn't apply. Projects shared with you stay read-only — only their owner can change them.
