FeedbackRobot is a customer feedback and reputation management platform. Connecting it lets Claude work directly with your feedback data — no dashboard switching, no copy-pasting. What you can do: • Ask about your feedback — sentiment trends over time, response rates, resolution stats, or the full history of an individual customer. Search across responses and reviews in plain language. • Draft a survey from a sentence — describe what you want to ask and get back a live, shareable survey link. No form builder, no template hunting. • Manage your reputation — connect review sources from Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Booking and others by pasting a link. Unlike most tools, no separate developer account or OAuth setup with each platform is required; a public URL is enough. • Close the loop — trigger a resolution on negative feedback and send follow-ups to customers. 21 tools in total: 16 read-only, and 5 that write. Every tool is annotated so Claude knows which ones only read and which reach a real customer, and the write tools respect your plan's monthly action limits. Requires a FeedbackRobot account.
