Bayan Flow turns a company's own documents into accurate answers for its support team. This connector lets Claude work with the knowledge bases of a Bayan Flow workspace. What Claude can do: - Search company knowledge and read documents, so answers come from your own policies and product information. - Create knowledge bases and documents and save edits as new versions (never deletes anything). - Read workspace information: members (masked e-mail), teams, usage and the activity log. - Propose changes to members, teams, workspace settings or deletions. Nothing runs until the workspace owner approves it in Bayan Flow with their password. Security: you sign in with your Bayan Flow account (OAuth 2.0 with PKCE) and choose the workspace and exactly what Claude may do. You can disconnect at any time from Integrations in Bayan Flow. Claude can never delete a workspace, change ownership, passwords, billing or API keys. Requires a Bayan Flow account that is a workspace owner (or an admin the owner allowed to manage integrations).
