Bedrock is estimating and project management software for construction subcontractors. This connector lets Claude work in your company's Bedrock workspace on your own jobs, from the bid through the build. Estimating: Claude can look at plan sheets and zoom in to read dimensions and notes, search the text on sheets, see what has been taken off and measured, and measure a length or an area at the sheet's scale. It can read an estimate with Bedrock's own totals, check it for mistakes before a bid goes out, and add, change or remove lines, markups and bid items priced from your cost database. It can draw rulers, highlights, notes, callouts and counts on a sheet, and read the job's proposal. Project management: Claude can read a job's budget against what has been spent, its schedule and crews, change orders, purchase orders, daily field reports, installed quantities, and its contract and billing. It can also search your CRM, add and update leads and tasks, and log calls and meetings. You sign in to Bedrock, choose the company, and choose what Claude may see and change. Unless you allow a connection to save straight away, each change is a proposal that waits for a person to approve it in Bedrock. Applied changes can be undone for 30 days. It works only inside the one Bedrock company you connect. Job records are read-only. It does not create or change takeoff, set a sheet's scale, change a job's status, send email or proposals, or take payments.
