BetterCommerce connects Claude to your BetterCommerce platform: the CMS, the PIM and Commerce. Ask in plain language and Claude works with your real store data, signed in as you. CMS: find, create and update pages, content entries and page folders; Claude checks every page it saves against its page type and the preview. New pages are drafts; publishing only on your request. PIM: look up products by stock code, search the catalogue, check prices and stock, and update product details, SEO, categories, brands, attributes, collections, prices and stock. Commerce: look up orders, returns and promotions, create baskets, add notes and tracking, change order status, manage returns and vouchers, and get links to your live site. You sign in with your BetterCommerce account (SSO or password); Claude only sees the organisation and domains you can access, and every change is recorded under your email. Changes ask for confirmation, riskier ones (prices, stock, publishing, order status, cancellations) need your explicit yes, and nothing can ever be deleted through the connector. Keys, passwords and system settings are never shown or changed.
