Biblioteca normativă Quadrart gives Claude the official text of Romanian legislation and of applicable EU acts. Romanian acts come as consolidated by the Romanian Ministry of Justice (legislatie.just.ro) or as published by the issuing authorities. EU acts come in Romanian, from the EU Publications Office. Coverage includes construction and spatial planning, energy, environment, technical regulations (normative), tax, labour, the civil, criminal and procedure codes, public procurement and defence. Claude can search the library, read an article or paragraph in the version in force today or on a given date, compare versions, list recent amendments, follow links between acts (derogations, references, implementing rules), and check a draft text against the law before it reaches you. Every answer cites the act, article, paragraph, version date and official link. The library is maintained by Quadrart Wave S.R.L., a Romanian engineering firm, and is updated as new acts and amendments are published.
