Blosean is a marketplace for Caribbean artisans and creators. This connector lets a shop owner work on their own Blosean shop from Claude. What Claude can do, depending on the rights the seller ticks when connecting: Read the shop: products, collections, stock, orders, sales statistics, earnings and payout status. Manage the catalogue: create draft products, rewrite product pages, change prices, adjust stock, organise collections, archive products. Every change can be undone for 7 days from the seller's dashboard. Handle orders: mark an order as shipped with its tracking number (the customer is notified, so Claude asks for confirmation). Talk to customers: read conversations and draft replies the seller reviews. Direct sending is a separate right. Marketing: create promo codes, prepare limited drops and flash campaigns. Guardrails: sensitive actions (a discount above 30%, a price cut above 50%, scheduling a drop, launching a campaign) become requests that the seller accepts or declines in Blosean. Agents can never refund, cancel orders, move money or change account settings. Every call is logged and visible to the seller, who can disconnect the agent at any time.
