Blueprint by Sourcy is project management, CRM and billing software for architecture and engineering firms. This connector lets Claude work in your firm's Blueprint account with the same access you have there.
What Claude can read
- Projects: status, board stage, schedule, milestones, notes, permits, file names and recent activity.
- Clients, CRM leads, follow-ups and logged interactions.
- Proposals and their templates; invoices, payments received and money per project.
- Tasks, reminders, meetings, availability, hours, timesheets and workload plans.
- Client email synced into Blueprint and client portal messages.
What Claude can change
- Tasks, reminders, meetings, notes, clients, leads, projects, milestones, permits, phases and time entries.
- Draft proposals, change orders and invoices; move leads and projects across your boards.
- Organize project files; draft emails, texts and portal messages to clients.
How changes are approved
Reading never needs approval. Claude asks before calling a tool that changes something. Internal changes are made when you allow the call, and most can be undone from the chat for 7 days. Anything that would contact a client or someone outside your firm, or has a high impact (like archiving a project or creating an invoice), first returns a preview and only happens after you say yes in the chat.
What it never does
It never moves money, charges anyone, or sends an invoice or proposal. It never returns payment links, card details, file contents, signing links, keys or secrets.
Your controls
You choose what Claude may read and change when you connect. Firm admins turn AI connections on, can switch off individual tools or require every change to be approved in Blueprint. You can disconnect at any time.
