Bodylake
Bodylake copies everything in the Apple Health app on your iPhone to a private database in Germany, so Claude can answer questions about your own history: years of steps, sleep, heart rate, workouts and every other type the Apple Health app records. Ask in plain words, for example how your resting heart rate changed over the last two years, or which month had your most steps. Claude reads the data it needs with two read-only tools, describe_data and query_sql (DuckDB SQL over your own data), and answers with your own numbers. Bodylake only reads. It never changes or deletes anything, in the Apple Health app or in Bodylake, and it reads only your own account. You need a Bodylake account, set up in the Bodylake iPhone app, which syncs your history. You sign in with your passkey and allow Claude to read your data, and you can disconnect Claude at any time in the Bodylake app under Connected AIs.
