Book With Haven for Hosts connects Claude to your own Haven account, the direct-booking platform for independently run vacation rentals. Sign in once, and Claude can answer questions about your listings and act on them in plain language. Ask what is booked this month, who checks in tomorrow, what a reservation's total was, or which nights are still open. Read a guest's message thread and reply to it. Block or unblock dates. Set a nightly rate for a date range, run a promotion, create or switch off a discount code, set a minimum-stay floor, and decide which days a stay may begin or end on. Update a listing's description or take it on and off the market. Publish an article to your listing's blog. Every action goes through the same permissions as the Haven dashboard. The connection is capped by your own role on the account, so a Viewer gets a read-only assistant, and you can disconnect it at any time from Connected apps in Haven. Changing a rate or availability on a listing that a connected property management system owns is refused rather than silently reverted on the next sync. Limitations: this is a tool for hosts, not travelers. It never moves money: it cannot approve a booking request, cancel a booking, issue a refund or change what a booking costs. Do those from the reservation page in Haven. It never touches your Haven subscription, card, invoices, payouts or team access. Searching reservations and message threads by free text is not supported; ask by listing, date range or reference code instead.
