Bookaiq is appointment scheduling and booking management for service businesses: clinics, salons, consultants, trades and more. The Bookaiq connector lets workspace owners and admins run their calendar from Claude. Ask Claude what's on today or this week, find real open times for a service, look up a customer, and book, reschedule or cancel appointments. Claude can also add internal notes, approve or decline booking requests, mark appointments completed or no-show, and block out time for a team member. Every change follows the same rules as the Bookaiq dashboard: working hours, time off, conflict checks, deposits and your cancellation policy. Customers receive the usual confirmation and change emails. Times are always shown in your business's own timezone. Access is secure and scoped. Only workspace owners and admins can connect, Claude acts with your permissions, and you can disconnect at any time in Settings > AI assistants.
