BotNotice: AI disclosure laws
Four read-only tools built on BotNotice's tracker of 29 AI disclosure laws across U.S. states, the federal government, the EU and the UK, reviewed weekly. laws_for_business: describe how a business uses AI (support chatbot, sales bot, companion bot, AI phone agent, AI-generated media, hiring, healthcare, advice) and where its customers are (states, all U.S., EU, UK). Returns the laws in force and the ones coming, each with what must be disclosed, when, the penalties, who enforces it and the primary sources, plus the notice rules that satisfy all of them. get_law: one law in full, by slug: who must comply, disclosure wording and timing, other duties, exemptions, penalties, enforcement, sources and the date it was last verified. list_laws: every tracked law, filterable by jurisdiction, status or kind of AI use, plus pending bills. check_website: reads a public website and reports which chat or voice-AI tools it runs, whether an AI notice is already shown, and which laws that leaves unmet for the business described. No account, no key. Every answer links to the law's page and sources so claims can be checked, and carries not_legal_advice: true. The same data is published as an open dataset (CC BY 4.0) at botnotice.app/datasets/ai-disclosure-laws. BotNotice is a subscription service that shows a "you're talking to AI" notice beside a website's chatbot and keeps a tamper-evident record of every notice. This connector only reads public information and never touches customer records.
