Bounty answers one shopping question: do I earn anything if I buy here? Stores, rewards programs and loyalty platforms publish what a purchase earns in the Open Bounty Schema, the open-source standard for rewards declarations. Each store publishes a small object at its own address, with one plain sentence that states the reward: points, store credit, tokens or perks. Bounty finds that object, checks it against the published schema, verifies its signature when one is present, and gives Claude the store's own sentence to quote word for word. Ask about any store by its web address. Bounty reads the store's declaration directly, so the answer is the store's claim in the store's words, along with who published it and where it was found. When a declaration covers only selected products, Bounty can check a specific product page. Bounty also searches the Bounty index of thousands of stores where a purchase earns, from stores' own declarations and NCTR Alliance listings, so you can ask where a purchase pays before you pick a store. The index is an open registry any store can enter by publishing a declaration. Bounty is read-only. It needs no account and no sign-in, it reads only what stores publish publicly, and it never changes anything. When a store publishes nothing, Bounty says it couldn't find a declaration; it never reports that a purchase earns nothing.
