WhatsApp templates and campaigns. Claude can draft a template and submit it for approval when you ask, preview a campaign to tagged contacts, and create it only after you approve. Solve support questions. Claude can explain why a bot is not answering (subscription, quotas, a disconnected or paused channel, an unpublished flow), show where a conversation stopped, summarize or search conversations, list customers waiting for a reply, and explain undelivered messages. Work with your CRM and calendar. Claude can find a contact, summarize a pipeline, list stuck deals, comment on a deal, move it to another stage, read web form responses, show your upcoming meetings and schedule one when you ask.
