Build Paperless is construction management software for Australian builders, trades and suppliers. This connector lets Claude work with your live Build Paperless data, so you can ask about a job and act on it without opening the app. What Claude can do: - Projects: list and read your jobs, create a project and update its details. - Schedule: read a project's milestone schedule or every milestone across your organisation, add and update milestones, and rebuild a schedule from a template. - Site diary and notes: read the site diary, add or update entries, and write project notes. - Defects: see a project's defects, log new ones and update them. - Variations: read variations and propose new ones. Claude never approves a variation; someone in your organisation approves it in Build Paperless. - Materials: read a project's materials list and add or update lines on the active estimate. - Leads and contacts: list and read CRM leads, create leads, move them between stages, and manage client contacts. - Documents: list a project's documents and upload new ones.
