ByBee CRM is a CRM for real-estate agencies in Poland. This connector lets an agent ask their own CRM in plain language instead of clicking through screens: "the owner of the flat on Prosta", "how much did we close in July", "which listings are not published yet". The connector is strictly read-only — it cannot add, change or delete anything. What it can read, within the signed-in agent's own permissions: • clients: owners, tenants, buyers, with contact details and search criteria • listings: address, price, parameters, contract, publication status on portals • closed deals and commissions for a period • notes, contact history and viewings • the agency team What it never exposes: national ID numbers (PESEL), dates of birth and billing data. Security. Behind the connector is the signed-in employee's own session, so every query runs under the same row-level security rules that apply inside the CRM: an agent sees their agency's data and nothing else. Authentication is OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; neither Claude nor the connector ever receives the user's password. Each read is written to a log the agent can see in their ByBee profile, and the connection can be revoked there with one click. Requirements: an active ByBee CRM account with the "AI assistant" module enabled by the agency administrator. The connector is not a separate service and has no separate account.
