Café QR is the POS, QR table ordering and kitchen screen system for independent cafés, restaurants and takeaways in the UK, US and Pakistan. This connector lets the owner or a manager ask Claude about their own café using live figures from Café QR. Ask things like “How did we do yesterday compared with last week?”, “What are my five best sellers this month and what barely sells?”, “When are we busiest on Saturdays?”, “Show me today’s open orders”, “Find order K7M2Q”, or “Any low ratings this week?”. Claude can also mark a menu item sold out, or back on, at one branch or all of them, after you confirm. What it reads: sales and takings by channel (QR at the table, till, online, delivery apps), category and day; orders and order details; the kitchen queue right now; the menu with prices, sold-out status and allergens; busy hours and weekdays; guest ratings and comments. What it never does: take payments, refund, delete anything, change staff or pay, or share guests’ names, phone numbers or emails. Sign in with your normal Café QR owner or manager login.
