Cake speaks MCP. Connect Claude and ask your cap table in plain English. Your assistant can read: - Shareholders, their holdings and your share classes - Option, RSU and warrant grants, with their terms - Your plans, and how much of each pool is authorised - SAFEs and convertible notes - Your fully diluted total, and the three parts it breaks into - Your latest 409A valuation and the date it is as at - A vesting schedule for a grant, tranche by tranche Cake does the maths, not the model. Your assistant asks Cake and Cake answers. There is no step where a language model multiplies your shares by anything and hands you a number that looks right. It answers, it never acts. Every tool is read-only. Issuing, editing, cancelling and deleting stay in the app, behind the approvals you already have. There is no path from a question to a change. One connection, one company. The server resolves your company from your sign-in, so a connection reaches your cap table and nobody else's. What it does not do: it reads your cap table as it stands today, with no history. It does not model a SAFE conversion or produce stock-based compensation figures. Those stay in Cake. Access: included on Team, Growth and Pro, on annual or quarterly billing, worldwide. No add-on and no separate line on the invoice. An admin turns it on in Settings, then AI access. Your cap table is as correct as you entered it. The assistant reading it is a language model, so check anything you act on.
