Calenzy runs the day to day of a small business: appointments, clients, email campaigns, the website and its visits. Connect it to Claude and ask the way you would ask a colleague. What you can do: • See your day: what comes next, what waits for your confirmation, your notifications. • Appointments: find free times, book, move, confirm or cancel, and choose whether the client is emailed. Change services, opening hours and days off. • Clients: search, add (with their consent to your emails), update, archive. • Email campaigns: draft one from a template or your own words, choose who it goes to, send yourself a test. • Website: read and change the files of your Calenzy site on its draft, see the preview and what the automatic checks found. • Results: website visits with their sources, countries and devices; campaign opens and clicks. • Requests to the Calenzy team: open one, follow it, reply, attach a file. • Domains and email: see your domain names, DNS records and mailboxes, and check whether a name is free. Your account, your rules: • Claude signs in with your Calenzy login and sees only what you can see. Each team member connects with their own access. • When you connect, choose Read and change, or Read only. • Before it deletes anything, or emails or texts one of your clients, Claude asks you. • Publishing your website, sending a campaign, payments and purchases stay a click in your Calenzy dashboard. • We keep no conversation: only which action ran, on what and when, for 90 days.
