Calorie Cub connects Claude to your own food diary. Search foods and serving sizes, log meals, review calorie and macro totals, save private foods and recipes, manage favorites, record weight, and read or update your existing goals when asked. Sign in with your Calorie Cub account and choose the permissions to grant. Every connection is limited to your account; disconnect it from Settings at any time. The server calculates nutrition from selected foods and servings. Ask before logging an ambiguous serving or changing goals. Calorie Cub is a personal nutrition diary, not medical advice or a diagnostic service. It handles food logs, recipes, goals, profile preferences, and weight entries within the permissions you grant.
