CampaignHQ is an email, WhatsApp and SMS marketing platform. This connector lets Claude work in your CampaignHQ account as you, with your role and permissions. What you can do: - Ask how campaigns, automations and chat flows are performing, with opens, clicks, replies, delivery and revenue per channel. - Find out why a contact is not getting messages: subscription, bounces, suppression, WhatsApp error codes and the 24-hour window. - Draft email, WhatsApp and SMS campaigns and templates. Drafts never send. - Build and preview segments, and create draft automations and WhatsApp chat flows. - Add, update, tag and unsubscribe contacts, in batches of up to 100. - Read tracked events and funnels, such as Shopify orders. - Work your WhatsApp and Instagram inbox: search conversations, add notes, assign and close them, and, if an admin allows it, reply to customers. Built to be safe: - Launching a campaign and turning on an automation or chat flow always needs a person to click in CampaignHQ. Claude prepares the work and gives you the link. - Tools that change or delete existing data always ask you first. Deletes take a second call with a confirmation token. - Inbox replies are off until an admin turns them on. They are refused for unsubscribed contacts and after 3 AI messages in a row without a customer reply. Your team sees each reply was sent via Claude. - Admins can see recent AI activity and switch AI agent access off for the whole company in Settings, Integrations.
