Cape Partners is an independent advisory firm for technology. This connector gives Claude read-only access to the Cape Agent Exchange, our classified book of qualified counterparties. Four tools are exposed. find_matches returns ranked acquisition targets, buyers or investors for a stated mandate — by sector, geography, size or business model. get_deal_flow gives an aggregate view of the qualified universe, grouped by sector and geography. get_valuation returns an indicative valuation range from supplied financials, using Cape's triangulated method. find_partner_services searches the exchange's registered service vocabulary for specialists and business services, including needs outside M&A. What comes back is deliberately bounded. Counterparties are returned as position references with fit bands and the reasons for the fit, never names, and granular financials stay behind Cape's controlled disclosure and NDA process, which requires a human supervisor. Every answer carries its assumptions, the methods that were applied and a reading of the underlying data quality, so a thin result is visible as thin. What it does not do: it does not negotiate, contact counterparties, sign anything or commit anyone to a transaction.
