CertuAI puts an AI on a small business's own WhatsApp number that answers customers with the business's real prices, hours and policies. This connector lets Claude set it up and run it with you in a normal chat. Tell Claude about your business and it builds the WhatsApp AI: its rules, greeting and name, plus the knowledge it answers from (products, prices, hours, address, payment options, common questions). Claude then tests the AI by chatting with it as a customer would, so you see the answers before any customer does. Nothing is sent to anyone during a test. After setup, Claude can read conversations and show what the AI didn't know, update the knowledge base, turn the AI on or off or pause it, manage the agenda (book, reschedule, confirm, cancel, block times), update the CRM (contacts, deals, stages, tasks), record cash-book entries and stock movements, summarize phone calls, read the website and blog, reply to Google reviews as drafts, and create Meta ad campaigns that are always created paused. What it never does: it never messages your customers, never turns an ad campaign on, and never connects your phone number or charges your card. Scanning the WhatsApp QR code and choosing a plan happen in the CertuAI app. Every change that writes data asks for your approval in Claude.
