chask
Chask connects your AI assistant to your organization's map : a living picture of who does what, with which tools, and how work flows between people. With it, your assistant can: • Read the map — floors (teams or areas), people, platforms such as Gmail, Slack, HubSpot or your ERP, and the connections between them. Search by name and review the change history. • Build and edit the map — create floors, add people and platforms, connect them, move nodes and auto-arrange a floor. • Document processes — create step-by-step workflows (who does each step and with which tool), review suggested processes and archive the ones you no longer use. • Guide setup — see what the map is missing and walk through the initial setup. • Design automations — ask the canvas agent to draw how a connection works and turn it into an automation pipeline. • Bring your team in — list teams and invite the people on your map (always confirmed with you first, since it sends an email). Everything runs with your own Chask permissions: the assistant only sees the organizations you belong to and respects each floor's access. Destructive actions (deleting nodes or connections, archiving floors or processes) are marked so your client asks for confirmation, and every change appears in the map's action history. Requires a Chask account (free plan available at chask.io).
