Chatinbox is a customer messaging platform that clinics and shops in Türkiye use to answer WhatsApp conversations with a shared inbox and a bot. The Chatinbox connector lets a firm administrator ask Claude about the firm's own conversation numbers without opening a report screen. The connector has one read-only tool, Conversation statistics. For a date range of up to 92 days, grouped by day, by hour of day or as one total, it returns five counts: conversations, new conversations, customer messages, bot messages, and conversations the bot replied to. Days follow the firm's time zone. Messages written by staff are not counted. Days before the firm's records begin come back as "no data" instead of zero, and a read failure comes back as an error instead of zeros. What Claude receives: only numbers, dates, the firm's time zone and fixed definitions of the counts. Claude never receives patient, customer or staff names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, postal addresses or message text. The connector cannot send messages and cannot create, change or delete any record. Who can connect: a firm administrator of a Chatinbox firm where Chatinbox has turned the connector on (pilot, firm by firm). Sign-in uses the same firm name, username and password as the Chatinbox panel, on Chatinbox's own sign-in page, followed by an approval screen that names the firm. Accounts with two-step verification cannot connect yet. The sign-in and approval pages are in Turkish. Works in claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude mobile. It does not work in Claude Code.
