It creates a workspace, puts an AI chatbot live that learns from your website's pages, and returns the chat widget code with install steps for HTML, WordPress, Shopify, Next.js, React or Nuxt. If Claude can edit your site's code, it can add the widget for you. Support inbox: see open and unassigned conversations, read full threads, find conversations by topic or customer, and check metrics such as response times and volume. Reply to customers, assign conversations to teammates and close them. Claude asks for your confirmation before anything is sent to a customer. Customers: look up a customer's contact details, collected information and conversation history. Knowledge base: search the content your AI chatbot answers from, to draft accurate replies or check what the bot knows. Chatbot flows: review your live chatbot and design new flows in conversation, with welcome messages, questions, button menus, AI answers and handoffs to a human agent. Publish a flow when you are ready.
