ChatMaxima is a customer messaging platform for WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, email and website chat. This connector lets Claude work inside your ChatMaxima workspace. Build chatbots by describing them. Claude creates the bot, adds and connects blocks (questions, buttons, conditions, AI replies, integrations such as Google Sheets, HubSpot or Shopify), arranges the canvas and runs a scripted test conversation on the real runtime so you can see the bot behave before you publish it. Existing bots can be inspected and edited block by block. Work with WhatsApp. Claude can draft and validate message templates (standard, one-time code and carousel), submit them to Meta for approval once you confirm, and build WhatsApp Flows, the multi-screen forms customers fill in inside WhatsApp. Triage the inbox. Claude can list and read conversations and tickets, show unread counts, assign a conversation to an agent or department, change its status, add labels and leave internal notes that customers never see. Debug and improve. Claude can read execution logs to explain why a bot took a path or where it failed. The connector acts only within the workspaces your ChatMaxima account belongs to, and every action follows your existing role and plan permissions. Read-only tools are marked as such; tools that overwrite or delete bot configuration are marked destructive. Submitting a WhatsApp template and adding a column to your own spreadsheet both require your explicit confirmation. The connector does not send messages to your customers, except the bot's own hand-back message when you return a conversation to the bot.
