CheckTaJob keeps the memory of your job search while you work with Claude. Paste a job posting and ask Claude to add it to your tracker; tell it about a recruiter call or an interview and it logs it on the right application; ask what to follow up on this week and it answers from your real history. What Claude can do: - Add jobs to your tracker, without duplicates, and move them through the stages: to apply, applied, interview, offer, rejected. - Log recruiter emails, calls, follow-ups and interviews (questions asked, how it went, feedback). - Save the CVs and cover letters it tailors for a job, next to that job. - List the applications that need a follow-up, and show your funnel statistics (response and interview rates). - Follow companies that hire through Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby, report their new postings and flag likely ghost jobs. - Prepare an interview from the archived posting and the full history with that employer (prompt "prep-entrevue"). CheckTaJob is free, in English and French. It also has a web app (board and list views) and a daily email with the new postings of the companies you follow. Claude only sees your CheckTaJob data when it calls one of these tools; your conversations are never sent to CheckTaJob. Disconnect at any time from Claude's settings.
