Child support (Quebec)

ClaudeCommunityby mmcco

Child support (Quebec) estimates child support under the Quebec model for determining child support. - revenu_disponible isolates a parent's disposable income (income minus the 2026 base deduction and contributions). - calculer_pension_alimentaire runs the full calculation from both parents' incomes, the number of children, custody time and special expenses, using the official 2026 fixation table. - expliquer_modele explains a given aspect (method, disposable income, custody, expenses, ceiling, indexation, limits). This is an estimate to understand and plan; the actual amount is set by the court or SARPA. It is not legal advice, and no figure or rule is invented - the table and method come from the official Quebec sources.
