Child Support by Province
Child Support by Province lets Claude give Canadian parents the exact monthly child support amount from the official Federal Child Support Tables, instead of an estimate from memory. Ask in plain words, for example "How much child support is there in Ontario on $85,000 for two kids?", and the connector returns the table amount for the province or territory where the paying parent lives, using the 2025 tables in force since October 1, 2025. It covers all 10 provinces and 3 territories, one to six or more children, and incomes above $150,000. It also handles shared parenting (each parent at least 40% of the time, where the two table amounts are set off against each other) and special or extraordinary expenses such as daycare, which are shared in proportion to income. For Quebec it says when the Quebec model applies instead of the federal table. Every answer explains the rule it used and links to the full breakdown on ChildSupportByProvince.com. The tables were checked cell by cell against the Department of Justice Canada PDFs. Read only. No sign in. The connector never asks for names or contact details and does not store the questions it receives. Estimates only, not legal advice. ChildSupportByProvince.com is independent and not affiliated with the Government of Canada.
