Churnkey is retention software for subscription businesses. Ask what actually happened: the top cancellation reasons last quarter, which save offers worked and which were ignored, how much revenue the payment recovery campaigns brought back, which segments are leaving fastest. Session records include the free-text feedback customers wrote on their way out, so you can ask about that too. Run customer retention experiments: building a cancel flow, editing the offers inside it, defining a segment, starting an A/B test, and adjusting recovery campaigns are all available as tools. Reads and writes are separate tools. The ones that touch live subscribers require an explicit confirmation token before they run, and every change is attributed to the assistant by name in your Churnkey audit trail.
