Citehound checks whether AI assistants can reach, read and understand a website, then writes the files that close the gaps. Ask Claude to scan a domain and it reads the site's public robots.txt, llms.txt, sitemap declaration and homepage. You get a score out of 100, the access state of 10 tracked AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and others), and every failed check with the fix next to it. The score is compared with Citehound's own benchmark of 219 scanned homepages. They fetch public files, calculate or write text for you to use, and never change a site. There is no account, no sign-in and no API key, and the connector stores nothing about you. The score measures readiness: crawler access, structured data and trust signals a machine can observe. It does not measure whether any assistant names a brand.
