ClaimCam stops fake and recycled damage claims. For any order, create a claim link and send it to the customer. They photograph the item live in their browser: whole item, close-up of the damage, and packaging. Camera-roll uploads aren't possible and a one-time code shows in the shot. You get tamper-evident evidence: server timestamp, country, device, SHA-256 hash per photo, automatic tamper checks and an AI review of the photos. From Claude you can: • Create a claim link for an order and get the URL to send • List and search claims by order number, item or note • Read a claim's full evidence, including the photos • Check your plan and monthly usage Photos are deleted automatically 90 days after submission.
