Clomni is an AI omnichannel customer-communication platform that brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email, calls and website chat into one shared team inbox. The Clomni connector lets Claude work in your Clomni account with the same permissions as the signed-in team member. What you can do: - Search and read conversations, messages and contacts; assign conversations, add labels and private notes, change status and update contacts. - Get reports and analytics: conversation volume, agent performance, CSAT, channel activity, campaign results, and Excel exports. - Check channel health: connection status, WhatsApp templates, errors and webhook backlog. - Train and test AI agents: manage FAQs, knowledge documents and scenarios, find knowledge gaps, run evaluations and publish drafts. - Build and manage chatbot flows and automation rules, and create Instagram/Facebook comment campaigns. - Manage team members, team and inbox memberships, and auto-assignment. Safety: changes to the account's setup are previewed first and applied only with a confirmation token, and actions that would start messaging customers are confirmed inside Clomni. Customer contact data is masked in exports. Admins can turn AI app access off in Clomni settings.
