ClosedLoop AI reads your customer conversations (sales calls, support tickets, surveys, Slack and more) and turns them into product insights, each linked to the customers who raised it, in their own words, with deal and account context from your CRM. With the ClosedLoop AI connector, Claude can answer questions like "What are customers asking for most this quarter?", "Which open deals are blocked by a missing feature?", "What did this customer say about onboarding?" or "Is there enough evidence to build this?". It searches product insights, customers, conversations, opportunities and competitor mentions, and shows the evidence behind every answer. It also helps teams act on that evidence: draft a PRD grounded in customer quotes, find reference customers and product ambassadors, check the scope of a feature against real demand, and set a watch that notifies you in Slack, Teams, email or a webhook when something changes. Almost every tool is read-only. Four tools can write: sending feedback about ClosedLoop AI, saving a watch, and logging or updating a test permission request. A ClosedLoop AI workspace is required.
