Commslayer is a helpdesk and AI support agent for Shopify stores. Connect it so Claude can work in your support account with the permissions of the Commslayer user who signs in.
Claude can search and read tickets and contacts, reply and add labels, look up help center articles and canned responses, and read reports on ticket volume, response times, CSAT and AI agent performance. For the AI support agent, Claude can read and change guidance, general rules, tone and actions, check new guidance against Commslayer's rules, and test changes in the AI Playground before customers see them.
Sign-in uses OAuth. If you belong to more than one Commslayer account, you choose which one to connect. Add the Commslayer plugin too, so Claude loads the guidance-writing skill before it writes guidance.
