Conecti links the tools your team and your clients already use — Slack, Discord, Google Chat, Telegram, WhatsApp and email — so conversations flow between them without anyone switching apps. This connector lets Claude work with everything your Conecti organization holds, under the permissions you grant when you connect. What Claude can do: - Read and search messages across every bridged workspace at once, and open whole threads. - Search several connected mailboxes (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP) together, read threads, save drafts for you to review, and — only with the separate mailSend grant — send replies and new emails. - Post a message to a channel or as a direct message, as the bot or as you. - See your channels, Bridge connections, connected accounts and people directory, and create or extend bridges between channels. - Create webhook endpoints and email streams that route events and mail into channels. - Report flow analytics: volume, peak hours, reply times and bridge delivery health — per channel and connection, never per person. - Answer questions about how Conecti works from the product documentation. Access is chosen by you at sign-in (read, send, bridge, admin, mail, mailSend), can never exceed your own role in the organization, and can be changed or revoked any time under Applications in the Conecti dashboard. Every tool call is written to the organization's audit log. Requires a Conecti account in an organization with at least one workspace or mailbox connected.
