Consulting OS gives Claude a library of 51 consulting methods, written by Jonathan Chan of AI Never Sleeps for consultants, operators and anyone who has to turn a messy problem into a clear recommendation. Each method is a full playbook: when to use it, the steps, worked examples and the checks to run before anything reaches a client.
