Contractors Cloud is a CRM and business management platform for construction contractors. This connector links Claude to your Contractors Cloud account so you can work with your live business data in plain conversation. Once connected, Claude can: • Search, create, and update customer accounts and contacts • Search projects, create them with the correct setup options, add project notes, and search or add project files and photos • Find, create, and update tasks and appointments • Look up estimates and material orders on a project (read-only) • Search your inbox or a project's inbox, and search or send Jet Stream messages to teammates • Find and run reports, or build a custom private report to answer a question • Look up teammates and teams • Search Contractors Cloud's official help articles to answer "how do I…" questions Claude acts as you: it signs in with your Contractors Cloud credentials and inherits your exact permissions and your company's data boundaries. It can only see and change what your own account can, and it can never access another company's data. Connecting is a one-time setup — sign in with your normal credentials and approve the connection. No API keys or developer setup required. Available to standard Contractors Cloud users.
